On the north edge of the town sits a curious object indeed, some sort of immense, steel-bodied carriage. All citizens of Writertown Garlosia save for the youngest can easily remember the time it wasn’t here, and yet no one can remember when it arrived and why. It’s been painted in full, even on its high roof, apparently by an artist named AuthorTube. The popular consensus is that it is rather beautiful, if in an ugly way. Every side-facing window can be lowered and raised save for one that seems to be jammed somehow. The most mysterious feature of this large carriage however is undeniably its small, inlaid set of numbers before its foremost, front-facing seat. This set reads “353 416” and is followed by the letters “km.” These numbers appear to be mechanically adjustable by some means. Some have offered that they form a password of some kind, and some have even theorized that they provide the key to solving the notoriously unsolvable Double-Square Conjecture in mathematics. At the front is the four letter word “Ford,” and it’s believed that this is the distant kingdom or region from which it comes.
