The Chilly Dog | Wrapped Provisional Cast On for Sweater Underarm Sts @thechillydog | Uploaded March 2021 | Updated October 2024, 16 hours ago.
Learn how to do a wrapped provisional cast on around the same piece of waste yarn to create your underarm stitches when knitting a top-down sweater. Using this technique means all of your sleeve stitches will be neatly held on the same piece of waste yarn and there will be no need to "pick up" underarm stitches later.
