Here's an even faster run than the last one. Thanks to @Eliotex for finding this new seed, which allows for us to unlink the nether portal from the overworld portal without building a new one (saves ~10 seconds). With better terrain to the border as well!

37.xx is probably possible, maybe even a little faster (sub 35 likely possible with TAS?). I lost a couple seconds on the portal build, and had slightly suboptimal movement getting to the border (probably lost less than a second)
Also, this is specific to reaching the corner far lands. It would save some time to go to the edge.

@leonn_aa Time is running out.
This run had a pretty slow start, but really picked up later on. Insane amounts of luck here, especially with the biomes, just wow. The totem was really funny too
