Hello everyone, a very warm welcome to my channel. Today I want to share with you a Charcuterie Board using Ghanaian foods. This is a very beautiful and impressive way of serving your guests and trust me they would love it. All you need is a sizable chopping board or a tray (a baking tray will also do). You don't need to make anything on the board, you can just buy all of what you choose to serve and that would be absolutely fine.

on my board today, I have a variety of things, some of which I made myself and some are shop-bought. for the ones I bought, I will bring you all the recipes over the coming weeks.

I hope you enjoy this video and below is a bit about Charcuterie.

A charcuterie board is a selection of preserved meats and sometimes cheeses laid out on a board or platter. Sliced bread, crackers, fruit, pickles, spreads and nuts often round out the board for variety and contrasts in flavour and texture.

Charcuterie is a French word that means cold-cooked meats and the process of making them. Charcuterie often means food made from pork but not always.
