This is a break down of the guild bank loss of data bug that has been effecting guilds since the beginning of the war within expansion. Blizzard mostly addressed it in Europe ignoring the US.

Some guild banks have lost thousands of items that they have accumulated since vanilla, some like myself only lost items from a few expansions back.

Blizzard claims to be unable to return all these items due to data loss. They also have not offered any recompense for these items no gold or extra time or anything.

They barely addressed it, this is poor customer service and its highest.
