Some of the funner pets, I think at least. Do not need to be Beast Mastery spec, I am spec'd Survival in the video showing them as well as when they were tamed.
The Macro I refer to is "/script PetAbandon()", no quotes.
First cat is just a rare spawn in north stranglethorn, name is Pogeyan (before being tamed he's F'n huge, hard to miss)
The oil-stained wolf was particularly a pain as a horde since you need an alliance player on the quest "Lupus Pupus" from the air-strip in Borean Tundra. After the wolf is fed he will turn neutral and you have to time your tame to finish the second the wolf runs away and despawns. Too soon and he'll be tamed with no oil coat, too late and you miss the tame. If successful should show you as not having a pet but if you try to tame another or pull out a pet it will say you have a pet already, you then should re-log and on the enter world page you will see a wolf (not covered in oil). Log back in and you should be good to go. I've heard the abandon pet script macro spam trick works on him but I haven't tried it.
The flaming boar is from the Tauren starting zone, it's like the 5th quest for them. Same trick as the oil-stained one as in you need to time the tame with the boar despawning. I also however used spamming the abandon pet script as well. Right when the boar dies/despawns (can't really remember been a while) you have to revive pet immediately. To do it solo I had to throw the torch from up the cliff behind the pen, jump down and start the tame. Took a couple tries but got it. Did it for a friends level 10 troll hunter and with two people it's very easy. The person on the quest just has to time setting the boar on fire as the hunter's tame is in progress. Very easy for an alliance to get with a friend just making a tauren quick to get the quest.
The wolf with a dagger in his head is from Eastern Plaguelands, look up The Lone Hunter to find him. Just start the tame and spam the abandon pet script macro. Once he vanishes re-log and you should have him, if not try again and spam that macro faster! lol
