Alterac Valley for a large amount of players in Classic WoW has been a big disappointment. Patch 1.12 sees a nerfed version of the Battle Ground that is very similar to the current retail version. Players desperately want to experience the old school Pre-Nerf 1.5 version of Alterac Valley with its return to historically long matches that last hours and sometimes days. In fact some players are so upset that they believe Nostalrius did Alterac Valley better than Blizzard, but is that true? In this video we discuss the current state of Alterac Valley, what players are clamoring for, and how Blizzard can return Alterac Valley to its patch 1.5 pre-nerf state.
