An unsettling cinema PIF concerning the third world debt, filmed in 1993 and surprisingly, rated U.

This PIF was considered lost media for a little while, and I haven't seen any uploads of it on this site. Therefore, I did all the PIF fans archivists a favor.
To be honest, they definitely gave this PIF the wrong age certificate.
