Prologue:
- After Satsuki leaves the Kiryuin residence, Ragyou contacts Hakuoh and discusses a potential meeting between the two in the Kiryuin Manor. Meanwhile, Nui Harime gets an idea to go find Mithril Force of Freedom and cause chaos, hoping to have even more fun than before. Ragyou gives her permission to do so.
- An anti-technology terrorist organization known as the Brotherhood raids the laboratory of one Dr. Nakamura in hopes of grabbing several pieces of tech designed to malfunct and destroy technology. However, Nakamura is secretly affiliated with N.B. as the event is reported to Aikuro by Mr. Stewart. Aikuro sends Tsugumu to deal with The Brotherhood.
- Limburger has returned back to his old plan and started to finally the develop a vaccine intended to poison IS students, much to Dr. Paradigm’s approval. A mysterious girl then shows up. Limburger believes her to be M, a new agent for GEZZAN. Limburger gives her orders to distract Mithril while they’re vaccinating the students. M is delighted as she wants to take the opportunity to get revenge on Chifuyu Orimura for some reason.
- Arachne has survived the Tri-City Raid, but Overlord is unhappy that he failed his mission. Regardless he has another mission for him as he has seen the footage of Fiend-Ryuko and thinks if Ryuko is permanently corrupted into her monstrous state she could make a good member for Vicious Circle. Overlord demands Mako Mankanshoku to be kidnapped, as harming her might transform Ryuko again. Mako the shark is nearby and gets confused by their similar names. Overlord tells the shark to go help Arachne in capturing Mako and gives him an electric cage-creating device.
- Caractacus P. Doom has finally arrived in Tokyo-3, tracking down the signal of Laura Bodewig. Doom is shocked to see his old protege having a good time at a nearby mall with Charlotte Dunois. Caractacus decides to put an end to the friendship and walks into the cafe the duo is in. Doom offers Laura a chance to rejoin his group, but she refuses as she no longer trusts Doom. Doom then proceeds to challenge her to a battle, and if she loses she has to rejoin UniCri Inc. Laura decides to accept the challenge.
Sousuke Sagara vs. M (feat. ProStars)
Sousuke and Michael Jordan have been alerted into a nearby facility, where they face off against the mysterious M. Michael calls backup from other Pro Stars as the lady seems threatening. Sousuke fights her, but she is quick and agile and able to dodge all his attacks. And when other ProStars arrive, M transforms into her IS unit, becoming even stronger. Just how powerful is she really?
Mako Mankanshoku vs. Mako and Arachne
Mako is trying to have her lunch break uninterrupted for once, when she is attacked by two of Overlord’s bulkiest minions in hopes of capturing her. The monsters prove to be too powerful for the quirky girl, and Ryuko is nowhere to be found! Mako is thankfully able to dodge the shark’s lighting cage gun, but gets trapped in a closet. However, since the closet is from Honnoji Academy, it has abnormal features.
Laura Bodewig and Charlotte Dunois vs. Caractacus P. Doom
Doom decides to manifest five different video game enemies into reality to fight in his place. They attack the maid cafe the two girls are working temporarily at. Laura is not phased by the arrival of virtual weirdos and immediately she and Charlotte work together to bring them down. Doom does have another trick up his sleeve for his old protege….
Tsugumu Kinagase and Kami vs. The Brotherhood
Tsugumu and Kami are on patrol at a diner watching over a garbage robot, just as they suspect, The Brotherhood drives by in their car and turns the garbage robot hostile by using Dr. Nakamura’s malfunction ball. Tsugumu attacks the robot and disables it while Kami tracks down the Brotherhood members. As they attack the hooded terrorists, a large aerial craft appears out of nowhere. Turns out the craft is piloted by a figure from Tsugumu’s past, and might lead to a power shift in the battle.
