UPDATE: September 11, 2017: Mike and Heather Martin pleaded guilty to the charges and were sentenced to five years of probation.

Criminal charges of "Neglect of a Minor" filed on 7/27 in Frederick County Maryland against Mike and Heather Martin coincide with the dates of the DaddyOFive Youtube channel they operated.
May 1, 2017: Cody and Emma are back with their biological mother, Rose! Emergency custody was granted. The situation around the Do5 channel is sill unfolding.
This video is the result of a deep dive on Daddyofive's channel that began with a Reddit tip on r/nerdcity over a month ago. After the abusive nature of Mike Martin's content was exposed by Philip DeFranco this past week, the situation around Daddyofive's channel has been rapidly evolving. The family's more than 265 videos have now been either removed or set to private. But for over a year, Daddyofive built a massively popular channel on the back of this disturbing content with little to no media attention. This is what we found when researching his content prior to this becoming a trending story.
