The Nevis Catapult at AJ Hackett’s Nevis Playground is the world’s biggest and first human catapult, firing riders 150 metres across the Nevis Valley at speeds of up to 100kph in just 1.5 seconds. This POV shows the full launch sequence and ride over the canyon outside Queenstown, New Zealand. The acceleration is genuinely insane, it’s completely different to anything else out there. More powerful than any roller coaster.
