This is most likely the fastest carrot cake recipe in the world, with just two minutes of Cook time and a little bit of prep time you could be eating carrot cake!

Ingredients:

Glaze:
- 3tbs cream cheese
- 2tbs cream
- 2tbs powdered sugar

Carrot cake mix:
- 1tbs vanilla protein powder (optional)
- 3tbs flour
- 2tbs brown sugar
- 1/2ts baking powder
- small pinch salt
- 1/4ts cinnamon
- squirt vanilla extract
- 3tbs milk
- 2tbs melted butter
- 2 big scoops grater carrot

Place in heat proof glass with buttered/sugared walls in the microwave for 2 min max power.
Let cool, or chuck in fridge/freezer for a few minutes before adding cream cheese glaze.
