Bulk Dominoes set me a personal challenge to setup a 3D pyramid with their micro mini dominoes...this was the result! (a 14x14 domino pyramid)
Micro 'mini dominoes' made by Bulkdominoes.com are official world record size mini dominoes, they are 80X smaller than regular dominoes and measure 10mm x 5mm x 2mm.

Domino builders likely recognize the spacing in one direction was very close, so I had low expectations for it to fall but wanted to try anyway.
The second build, I setup so I could either scoop it with my hands, or roll a ball through it to begin with like I did. Then I couldn't decide if I should include both setups in a video or not. The second build camera angle was not great, and my hands blocked the placing the most of the dominoes.
The short clip at the very end was my attempt to have better spacing (I got to 5 layers), it was really difficult to repair accidents with no wiggle room so I stopped.
