On Tuesday, July 28, a World2Fly Airbus A350-900 (registration EC-NOI) operating flight 2W3503 from Madrid to Punta Cana was forced to divert and make an emergency landing at Lisbon Airport around 16:48 local time.

The diversion was prompted by a medical emergency on board, requiring quick action and priority handling on arrival in the Portuguese capital so the passenger could receive immediate medical attention.
