Loving Kindness or Meta Practise is a type of meditation that has been used for centuries to promote positivity and love for yourself and others around you. Scientific studies have shown that, when practised regularly, Loving Kindness can help with chronic pain, anxiety and anger plus strengthen the part of the brain that promotes empathy to boost positivity and reduce negativity.
