This is my my most expensive CS2/Weapon case 1 opening yet. Currently, at the time I'm uploading this (August 2025), the price of the CS:GO Weapon Case 1 has increased from $120 from earlier this year to a whopping $150 each.
Adding in the cost of the 3x Cobblestone 2018 Souvenir Cases, the total cost of this video was over $124,000 USD.
I've spent alone over $700,000 on Weapon Case 1s cases on stream.
The reason why I am spending so much is because these cases, in specific..have the rarest/and most expensive skins in CS2 such as the "BLUE GEM" variant of the Case Hardened AK-47 (#661) and Karambit (#387)
The Blue Gem Karambit (#387) is currently valued at around $2,000,000 USD while the Blue Gem AK-47 (#661) is priced in at around $1,500,000 USD.
We are aiming for EITHER of these two skins. Our chances are extremely poor/unlikely though:
- The AK-47 (#661) blue gem rare pattern has approximately a 1 in 21 million chance of being unboxed from a Weapon Case 1.
- and the blue-gem karambit (#387) has even worse odds with a 1 in 662 million chance!
