Only the first boss is a bit tricky. You have to control the boss and destroy the egg as you see in the video.
Other than that, you can go and one shot every other boss.")

This is the battle vs Seymour at Mt. Gagazet (the ice world), after you finish the Ronso zone.
This boss is pretty difficult.
What you need to do is to use Lulu to cast Bio on him. He will take 1400 poison dmg every few seconds.
And then try to heal up. Ive found that Rikku is great for that.

Doesnt have that much early game and because of that, it might have issue with face shaman.
Also, Ive noticed that its not that easy to get Cthun to 10/10.

Use freezing, tar trap on him all the time. After a while, he will turn from green to blue. And he will die. He will stay at 1 health for a while but dont worry, he will die.")
