Playing with lovely Draenei Shaman with Restoration spec.
This guide covers how to level from 99-100 on Legion. Leveling up, mostly doing dungeons.
With the changes to zone scaling in Legion Patch 7.3.5 and Battle for Azeroth, you no longer have to worry about queuing up for a dungeon, completing it, and zoning out to find out you out-leveled the zone.
Stat Priority:
Intellect - Crit - Versatility - Haste - Mastery
Intellect:
Intellect increases the damage and healing done by your spells.
Crit:
Critical Strike increase the chance for your spells and attacks to critically hit for additional damage and healing.
Versatility:
Versatility increases your damage, healing, and absorption done and decreases damage received.
Haste:
Haste increases attack and spell casting speed, adds additional damage and healing to DoTs and HoTs, and reduces the GCD.
Mastery:
Mastery provides a passive bonus to your character based on your specialization. Mastery: Deep Healing increases the power of your heals against targets based on their health. Lower health targets receive additional healing.
