You can solo these rares as hunter in order to get the toys. On my realm, they sell for 5-10k. Good if you want to gather gold to play wow for free.
Gondar and Drakum are pretty easy while for Smashum Grabb you need to tempo your abilities better.
This is as survival melee hunter, I think as bm it's even easier if you constantly heal your pet.

This is from the end of Warlords of Draenor. Full pvp gear.
The only tricky boss is Shannox because you need to kite him. If you get into melee range, he will stun you and you cant escape.
Thats why you can use bm or any spec but you should have a pet on, so he can dmg Shannox while you are stunned.")
