In Part 21 of the World of Final Fantasy playthrough, mental discipline is just a matter of having the right organization tool handy. Probably. I'm sure that's always true.
In a world with only two people in it... obviously you'll only find adventure if you go somewhere else. And become a chibi bobblehead toy. And stack cute little monsters on your head like hats. World of Final Fantasy is a weird spin-off.
