Established ruleset for Nopillar is that Pillars MUST fall on waves 1, 2, and 3.
Timeloss from pillars falling is a bit over 4 minutes, taking approx 4:52 (first 3 waves usually take ~44s). In essence this makes a s50 nopillar equivilent to a s46 standard run (rec is just under 43, and a very good run is s44).
In theory you could get a s47 nopillar at best, albeit you will lose time to spawn solves and worse gear timelosses which is essentially unavoidable. This run I consider 1 minute away from what is practically possible, only improvable by minor plays or rng.

I was working on this for around a month, helped especially since I wanted a good entry for Hemmiez Tzhaar World Series event.
Funnily enough I got this after it ended but I'm still very happy with the result and the time. I came back not too long after a long break and it took some time to get back into shape for inferno.
