This is Part 2 of our journey from Tucumcari to Amarillo, we had dinner that night at The Big Texan Steak Ranch in Amarillo we had an absolute blast that it deserved it's own video. We tried something they serve there called Mountain Oysters but they are certainly NOT oysters! Getting passed the thought of what they actually are they go down alright haha. The vibe at The Big Texan is always an amazing experience. We look forward to visiting again in the future.
