I'm comparing the world creation tools in The Sims 1 vs. The Sims 2 vs. The Sims 3 vs. The Sims 4. Things have changed a lot since the first Sims game, but in many ways we've also taken steps backwards.

Which game do you think is best when it comes to world creation and customization? In my opinion, it's Sims 2 because of the ease of creating worlds by ANYONE and no external tools to learn. Sims 3 CAW tool is also amazing, but has a steep learning curve. And of course, Sims 4 leaves much to be desired when it comes to world creation (it's non-existent).
