This is the last update to this mod for the next two months
I am going to my grandparents in the mountainside and there is no internet connection there
So I'm giving for you the 1.3 update
What's new in this update:
1. Tweaked Mexico 1939 because it was impossible to resist the US attack
2.Added the Fall of Communism conquest (replaced 1943)
3.For my Romanian comrades I gived Budapest to Romania so no Hungary in 1943
