Harry Eccles, Head of Activist Engagement here at the RCN, a dual-trained nurse and trainee Advanced Nurse Practitioner. As a former rep and strike volunteer, Harry brings first-hand experience of organising as a rank-and-file member and looks forward to sharing his insights and experiences during the workshop.

Caroline Steven, registered adult health nurse, and Professional Lead Education/ECN Lead here at the RCN. Caroline is passionate about supporting the next generation of nurses to find their place and their voice within the profession.
