This is my fail at trying to create a vlog about using resistance bands at home. But it was 530 in the morning, and I was not in the right frame of mind to create a good resistance band work out video.

I have used resistance bands for about 12 months and found them ideal to use in a gym as a worm up before hitting the weights. I'm hoping to develop a better workout routine for using resistance bands at home....or just go back to the gym.
