Meet the employees from Saab that have been a part of the Saab. Some are new, and some are the third generation of their family in the company. What the people in this video have in common is that they all have been a part of the design and development of Saab's latest fighter aircraft: Gripen E.
Gripen E is a major redesign of the Gripen series and began deliveries to the Swedish and Brazilian Air Forces in 2019. The changes from the C-series to E-series include a larger body, a more powerful engine, an increased weapons payload capability, and a new cockpit, avionics architecture, and electronic warfare system. Something that all employees at Saab working with Gripen E have been a major part in and the reason for the success of this fighter aircraft.
