so I was Derping around With some Ideas with beacons, and I wanted to know if I could set one up in the nether above the bedrock. turns out you can :D also sorry for the lack of videos, I have been Trying to get my latest Project to work :P

I am sure that this Has some other Good use aside from the ones stated in the video, I just wanted to make sure that the Idea was out there for the Community to use.
