In this video, I create an index card art piece inspired by the word release—letting go of things, thoughts, habits, and even people that no longer serve us. Using collage, stickers, letter circles, and gentle symbolism like birds, butterflies, and bubbles, I explore what release means to me as I head into a new year with intention rather than resolutions.
