As soon as I make anything slightly round, there are many suggestions to make a Bowling Ball, so here it is...a Bowling Ball! And yes its probably off balance enough to be of any use.

Made to within the standard specification size for a Ten Pin Ball. The wood is actually a piece I found in a shop, someone probably thought it was artistic, I bought it as I thought I could make something with it. I have no idea what wood it is but its certainly hard on the tools and weighty.

Made purely for decorative purposes

Finished in Danish Oil

$Woodturning - Ideal for anyone with a TV If youve been wondering where I have been for the last month, here is the answer. Lots of hours of design, trial and error have gone into this. For the left and right speakers Ive used the Tang Band W4-2356, this driver allows you to create any shape you want for the speaker box, this is because it uses a off-axis design, reducing diffraction problems. You can view the drivers here http://tb-speaker.com/products/w4-2356 The Subwoofer is a W6-1139. The system is Powered by a 2 x 50W with a 100W Sub Output amplifier, the amplifier features bluetooth, wifi and optic in etc. It will also pair with the last speaker system I made, so the same music can be played at the same time through each. Ive made this as a prototype system in a way I can recreate with no issues, most of my other speakers are normally one offs just because I have used a certain piece of wood that I though would make a good speaker. I will be selling this prototype system soon on the website at a reduced cost, however I will also be offering for sale at the same time a new system but made to order, you can choose any colour you want, the custom built systems will be at full price however and made form Birch Ply as opposed to MDF.
