Two points I forgot to mention in the video:
1st is most important and is concerning the finishing process. When applying the final coat of polyurethane, use a piece of cotton cloth that wont shed lint easily.
2nd point is that before gluing in the mechanisms, I sealed the inside of the grinder with Shellac. It's not critical but I always feel wood should be sealed on all sides.
