This is absolutely ridiculous, you have to snipe the cage just before you collect the last lum and that's very tight - I've tried for like an hour and that's with practice tools. Also, not sure if it's due to the practice tool but I've had it happen where I collected the last lum before I hit the cage but still got the 'not enough lums' cutscene...
