A Wood Pigeon roost on a windy autumn day. The roosting Common Wood Pigeons are joined temporarily by a small flock of European Goldfinches who land on the branches at the very top of the tree. The Pigeons are roosting in a Sycamore tree and the Sycamore's 'winged' seeds are visible in most of the shots.
