Found this from editing "Settings.cfg", which can be found in "steamapps/common/Wonder Boy The Dragon's Trap/bin_pc/config" . Open it in Notepad or any raw text editor, change "Editor = false," to "Editor = true," in order to access it.
I hadn't explored everything with this editor or the files, but it exists.
Most of the files are not under any sort of advanced encryption method. Surprisingly, a lot of hidden stuff is seen.
Will remake this video when I'm done analyzing everything.
