Alana English - is a former competitive freestyle skier, HYROX competitor, hybrid athlete, and accomplished DJ who has built her life around chasing challenges and refusing to stay in one lane. Originally from Pennsylvania and now living and training in Colorado, Alana has spent much of her life testing the limits of what she is capable of. Her athletic career began in the mountains as a competitive freestyle skier, where progression demanded commitment, fearlessness, creativity, and the willingness to get back up after hitting the ground. That same competitive mentality continues today. Alana has evolved into a dedicated hybrid athlete and HYROX competitor, combining strength, endurance, speed, and conditioning while constantly looking for the next opportunity to push herself physically and mentally. But Alana’s drive extends far beyond athletics. Behind the decks, she has established herself as a DJ and performer, sharing stages with iconic artists and performing at legendary venues—including Colorado’s Red Rocks Amphitheatre. Her history as a Red Rocks performer has also earned her recognition inside the venue’s museum, permanently connecting her name to one of the most celebrated live-music venues in the world. From competitive skiing and athletics to performing for thousands of people, Alana has continually proven her ability to step into completely different worlds and succeed. At the center of it all is an intensely goal-driven mentality. Alana isn’t afraid of discomfort, reinvention, or starting another climb toward something bigger. Whether she’s training for her next HYROX competition, pushing herself in the mountains, or stepping behind the decks, she approaches each pursuit with the same mentality: commit fully, put in the work, and see just how far you can take it.
