This session will introduce educators to the Smithsonian American Women’s History Initiative’s digital series, “Women Changemakers You May Not Know.” Session participants will learn about women in 19th and 20th century history who organized their communities to make change. Participants will gain strategies for incorporating these dynamic stories into their classroom.
