Recently I had the opportunity to sit down with five incredible women at the top of the field of Herpetology white attending the Biology of Pitvipers 5 conference in Rodeo, New Mexico, hosted by the Chiricahua Desert Museum and Geronimo Events Center. We sat down in the beautiful new Library of Herpetology for what I hope you will find to be a fun and valuable conversation about what it's like being a woman in a historically male-dominated field. Please consider sharing this video with the women and girls in your life who might be interested in a career in Herpetology, as well as anyone else who may feel underrepresented in the field. Herpetology, and really all science, is for everyone.
