Jenae DiNapoli moved into her home in New York's Catskills region just over four years ago, after purchasing it just prior to Covid-19 lockdowns. Though the region has long been famous for its wildlife, hiking and natural habitats, DiNapoli found herself in court defending what she calls the “natural garden" she created on her own property.
