On September 24th, 2023 deputies were called about a assault that just happened. Deputy arrives on scene he noticed 2 women were walking away. He asked them to stop for questioning, the 2 women stated nothing happened. The victim walks up to the deputy stated that she was putting gas in her RV, and one of the women said Hey, do you remember me then assaulted. Suspect was taken into custody, charged with simple battery
