I’m so happy to finally share “Busy Lizzie”! ❤️ I actually wrote this song and its lyrics a few years ago, but only now felt it was the right time to finish the production. Together with J Fitz’s warm, soulful voice and Dan Beja’s beautiful Manouche jazz guitar, it became exactly the classic Electro Swing track I had in mind, full of groove, vintage brass, a catchy roaring 20s horn hook and modern dancefloor energy. “Busy Lizzie” is about something many of us know: giving your best during the week and escaping into music, dancing and good vibes at the weekend.
