This is "In Memoriam" by Louis Andriessen, probably one of his folly of youth pieces alongside "The nine symphonies of Beethoven for orchestra and ice cream bell"
Please don't take this as representative of Andriessen's music. His other works like Writing to Vermeer, De Staat, De Stijl, Rosa, La Commedia, ad inf are really amazing.
