1995 was the year WNUV became a UPN affiliate. The one and only for Baltimore. The only other UPN affiliate at the time was WDCA channel 20 which became a Paramount owned station in the late to early 90's. WNUV would not last as a UPN affiliate long as the channel would change over to THE WB in 1997 and the Home Shopping Network Channel WHSW 24 would become WUTB the UPN afilliate.
