Here is a full 11pm news broadcast from WNBC (channel 4 serving the New York City tri-state area), Monday, September 10th, 1984. I added the prime-time update that preceded it at the beginning. The news team was Sue Simmons, Chuck Scarborough, Al Roker, Dave Marash, and Sal Marchiano. I'll write up more details when I have the time, but I'll just mention that the arrival of Hurricane Diana was one of the big news stories of the day.
