These are a couple of commercial spots which aired on the now defunct (ugh) WKLS 96 Rock Atlanta on July 4, 1987. I thought it'd be fun to convert them into faux 80's style TV commercials! The first spot advertises the 96 Days of Summer with a giveaway surrounding "Revenge of the Nerds 2: Nerds in Paradise." The second is a spot featuring the short-lived "New Coke" offered by Coca-Cola in the 80's. Apparently Turtle's Records and Tapes (RIP) was briefly selling six packs of Coke and Diet Coke for 99 cents. Kaedy Kiely provides the voiceover for the Coke commercial, which also features Max Headroom and the "Catch the Wave" campaign message.
