Okay, I went to see the stage version of Rent for the first time ever a couple of days ago. This was the Broadway tour with Anthony Rapp and Adam Pascal, which I was extremely excited about. The show was AMAZING! I especially loved Adam because, well, that man can sing, and he is gorgeous! He seems to be getting better with age. But I always knew that ;). Also, I was waiting at the stage door after the show and he came out of another door that I was right next to (OMFG!), but he had to leave right away. But it was beyond cool to be standing 5 feet away from him for just a couple of seconds. He is so amazing...
Okay, now that I've done enough Adam gushing, this is perhaps my saddest AMV to date. I actually got a little teary while making this. I have both the OBC and the movie soundtracks, but to keep in spirit with the stage show, I decided to use the OBC version of this song. Besides, Adam sings on both versions anyway. This is mostly from Ahiru's point of view, not just on her feelings for Fakir, but on many other things going on around her, kind of like the montage done in the movie. So here is my newest Princess Tutu AMV with the song "Without You" from Rent. Enjoy!
