Today we have been madwitchin in the kitchen, with Moss
This easy fruit load is doable by anyone....
Fruit loaf recipe
700 grams of dried fruit, soaked overnight on Earl Grey Tea
Drain the fruit from the Earl Grey wine and set aside in jug
Add:
500 grams of self raising wholemeal flour
300 grams of sugar
4 eggs
2 tspn cinnamon
1 tspn ginger
Mix, using the wine if the mixture is too dry
Prepare two standard loaf tins with baking paper.
cook in a medium oven for 1.5 hours or until the loaves are cooked through.
Use a skewer to test the mixture is completely dry inside.
