In 2018 Cedar Point announced the removal of two attractions.

Witches' Wheel closed and what will replace it is still unknown.

Dinosaurs Alive has been removed and will be replaced by "Forbidden Frontier" an interactive experience that will be similar to the one at another Cedar Fair park, Knott's Berry Farm.
