Recently I've been wanting to experiment more with my style of filmmaking. I often rely on slow motion, lots of movement, or fancy transitions.I wanted to try something outside of my comfort zone that would push me as a filmmaker. While I was shooting, I realized I wanted to focus on the people and less on the cube itself. Over the last 10 years of speedcubing, I've found that the people are what make this incredible and I wanted to try and capture the other things that go on during a competition with the people.
