Yay I'm finally (99%) Done with the Elis fight! Now I can start working one the stage enemies for the Ruins of Vina stage!

But first I do need to fix some issues in Elis's final spellcard here.... Some of the bullets stopped rendering for a split second at one point, and I might adjust the difficulty a bit too~
Also, the boss's HP bar doesn't update It's max HP properly in the first and final spellcard (Im pretty sure that issue actually happens for 1 of Noroiko's spellcards and 2 of Hina's as well).
