Peanut Butter Cookies:
1/2 cup unsated butter, softened
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 cups flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
Preheat oven to 350
*Line baking sheet with parchment or foil
*Cream together butter, peanut butter, sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
*Mix in egg and vanilla
*In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
*Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, stirring until combined
*Scoop table spoon size balls of dough and place on cookie sheet
*Flatten slightly with fork in crisscross pattern
*Bake 10-12 minutes
